Every day, vegetables and fruits are harvested from the Castle garden. The castle's products are free of chemicals, giving a unique and healthy taste to the dishes prepared in the restaurant. In compliance with the principles of Piedmontese farmhouses, the cuisine favors local (zero kilometer) suppliers: vegetables, herbs and flowers grow spontaneously in the garden.
