Booking


Booking a holiday with VesuvioTour is simple, safe and reliable. You can proceed with paying in the following ways:

Fly Drive

1) After receipt of the booking confirmation of a trip with car hire or flight tickets included (*Fly-drive), the traveler must pay 30% of the travel sum, plus the booking costs and possibly the costs of the travel and/or cancellation insurance. The costs of airline tickets are always calculated in the 30% deposit. The remainder of the travel sum, the traveler must have met no later than two months before departure. For bookings within two months before departure, we can only reserve if the entire travel sum is received by us. We will send you a secure payment link after the booking. Reservation costs: 20 euros.


2) Please note: As soon as flight tickets are booked via VesuvioTour BV, VesuvioTour BV is not liable if there is delay, cancellation, or other problems concerning the flight. The problem is handled directly by the airline itself. Any price increase of the flight tickets will be passed on to the customer before booking the flight tickets. Therefore, we ask you to make the payment as soon as possible in order to avoid extra costs. In any case, any price increase of the airline tickets will be passed on to the customer. If the customer does not agree, the booking will be canceled.

Booking On Line

1) After your booking through our booking system, your credit card will not be charged. You pay at the hotel. After receiving the confirmation of the reservation of an accommodation or multiple from our booking system via guaranteed credit card, there is no booking cost applicable.

2) If for any reason you are unable to pay online, you can request our bank details for the down payment or payment: info@vesuviotour.com

Resume:

  • VesuvioTour is registered at the Chamber of Commerce in Amsterdam (number 56542801) and at ENIT as Tour operator Ecotourism.
  • VesuvioTour originated as tour operator where the customer is central: for us personal contact is essential. The tours are tailor-made, based on the wishes of every traveler. Via phone, skype and e-mail it is easy to form the best tourist path together.

Cancellation policy


If canceled, the traveler is due the following amounts:
  • Until 2 months before the arrival: free cancellation (except flights)
  • Between 2 and 1 month it will keep the 50% of the invoice.
  • Between 1 month and 2 weeks it will keep the 90% of the invoice.
  • 2 weeks before the arrival it will keep 100% of the invoice.
