Maria Caderina Green Village

The Maria Caderina Green Village is a 4-star hotel built within a large property which houses a historic farm and breeding farm, established more than 40 years ago.

The colors and shapes of the ancient constructions of the nuraghi, of which there are still various testimonies in the surrounding area, were a precious source of inspiration for the builders of the hotel.

The tranquility, the silence of the surrounding countryside and the proximity of the enchanting beaches of Posada (awarded several times in recent years for their environmental qualities) make its location privileged. Just 3 km from the ancient village of Posada, on the eastern coast of Sardinia, it is easily accessible from the Olbia-Costa Smeralda airport and the ports of Olbia and Golfo Aranci.

The hotel has 18 rooms located on the ground and first floors. In the internal common areas there is air conditioning and an elevator.

The double and triple rooms are located on the upper floor. On the ground floor 2 family-rooms consisting of two communicating rooms with shared bathroom, capable of accommodating up to 5 people each.

Each room has a private furnished balcony, bathroom with shower and hairdryer, telephone, individually controlled air conditioning, color TV , mini-bar and electronic safe.

The elegant dining room is the place where home-grown meats and vegetables, expertly transformed by our chef, find their maximum expression within recipes from the Sardinian and national culinary tradition.
