Description

The Sea Villas is a complex of villas arranged on a hill overlooking the sea with a breathtaking view, in Punta su Torrione, a few kilometers by car from Stintino. The village is made up of numerous units, some with shared swimming pools, others with swimming pools for exclusive use and still others without a swimming pool.

Within the village there are various services including bar, restaurant, market, pharmacy, medical service, ice cream parlor, ATM, launderette, shops whose opening is at the discretion of private managers, usually from June to September.

The nearest beach (Spiaggia de Le Saline) is 3 km from the residential complex, La Pelosa beach is about 10 km away, while the town of Stintino is 7 km away.

The Villas: The villas can be semi-detached, multi-family or terraced apartments. They are furnished in a rustic style and are located in various points of the complex within a well-kept and well-kept natural context. Inside the apartment you will find an umbrella that you can take to the beach.
