Palazzo Rosadi – Monterchi

Palazzo Rosadi is a beautifully restored historic manor house dating back to 1785 and is located near the small village of Monterchi, on the border between Tuscany and Umbria in the province of Arezzo. The area around Monterchi offers all the natural, historical and culinary characteristics of Tuscany and is only a few kilometres from the Val di Chiana and Cortona.

The property offers 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen and can accommodate up to 12 people. It is a luxurious country house in a beautiful panoramic position surrounded by a large private park with a wonderful garden and a swimming pool with a breathtaking view. In addition to the swimming pool, there is a wonderful barbecue area in the park.

The house is immersed in a large private park (25 hectares) criss-crossed by grassy paths through the woods, ideal for walking or light running. The garden is always well kept and is divided into three terraces: in one of these there is a swimming pool and a splendid jacuzzi (the jacuzzi is only available on request and at an extra cost of € 350 per week). Palazzo Rosadi is furnished with beautiful period furniture but is equipped with all modern comforts to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay for all its guests.
