The renovation of VerdeOlivo 1876 was a laborious labor of love, a commitment that goes beyond the simple conservation of a period building. We have carefully recovered objects from the peasant tradition, selected sustainable materials and collaborated with local workers to keep the charm of our villa intact.
Here, the family lived and worked, and the house itself has witnessed centuries of stories of farmers and rural life. To preserve the authenticity of this timeless place, the original finishes have been maintained, uniting past and present in a harmonious balance.
VerdeOlivo 1876 offers a unique living experience, with four two-room apartments, a three-room apartment and a large attic. Every space has been carefully curated, from the kitchen with fireplace to the large living room and the suites with private bathroom. The entire villa can be rented exclusively, ensuring an intimate atmosphere for groups of up to 30 people.
