Trulli Greta - Martina Franca

Trulli Greta is a villa with a fully restored six-coned trullo, located in the heart of the Valle d'Itria.

The interior spaces, dominated by stone and white tones, are large, airy, and flooded with natural light. From the entrance, you directly access the magnificent trullo, which serves as the living area. A spacious and elegant environment with sofas, armchairs, a 50-inch TV, a wood-burning fireplace, a smart working area, and a library. The first of the three bedrooms and an initial bathroom complete this part of the house. A corridor leads to the kitchen, equipped with all essential appliances, and to the dining room. This area is shaded by a large and panoramic porch, ideal for outdoor lunches. The sleeping area consists of two more double bedrooms and a second indoor bathroom. Each area of the house is equipped with air conditioning.

Externally, a stone-paved driveway leads to the wonderful pool, situated in an elevated position compared to the house, almost dominating the entire property, offering views of the landscape and enchanting sunsets. Cars can comfortably park inside the property, enclosed by an automatic gate, where there is a shaded parking space under a gazebo. Furthermore, the area is monitored by security cameras to ensure safety.
