Casa Farlisa today is an elegant villa, the result of the loving restoration of an ancient Iblean farm of the late '800, immersed in the countryside, 250 meters from the main road, with a large estate of carob trees, olive trees and almond trees around him.

Along the street, the entrance is lined with dry stone walls and opens onto a private road, which will lead you to an ancient yellow gate, from which you access the courtyard.

Continuing on the left you will arrive in the large car park, flanked by an ancient farmyard, transformed into a romantic rock garden; designed for special events.

Entering the villa, from the private gate, you will welcome a secret Arab garden of 2,000 square meters, protected by high dry walls, with trees, flowers and several shady areas. For your happy moments and events, we thought to arrange the necessary to make your holiday a unique experience. Waiting for you there is a private swimming pool with solarium and outdoor shower, two panoramic terraces and a heated hot tub. A playground for children, an essential gym, a brick barbecue and a small garden of medicinal plants.

Description of the villa

160 sqm of interior and 90 sqm of veranda with 2000 sqm of fenced garden.

The rooms of the villa are colorful, elegant, very comfortable and cared for in every detail. They were created by the owner Designer, reviving, in a contemporary key, the unique atmosphere of the ancient country houses of south-eastern Sicily.

On the ground floor, you will enter a cozy living area, with fully equipped kitchen, Home Theatre TV and the first double bedroom with bathroom. From here, passing by the courtyard or the shaded veranda, you will access an open space on two levels, with a living area overlooking the beam. In this airy loft you will have a double bedroom, a bathroom and a double bedroom upstairs. Along the veranda, on the first floor of the villa, you will find a terrace, from which you can access two double bedrooms. The most panoramic, countryside and sea view, with a bathroom, overlooking the Arab garden.
