The apartments are located in a newly built residential complex in the picturesque and touristic town of Orosei (about 80 km from the port and airport of Olbia), which preserves a medieval historic center dominated by the ruins of the ancient Giudicale castle. .

The Marina di Orosei, a long beach of about 5 km, is home to numerous beaches such as Su Barone, Osalla and Su Petrosu, and is located just 3 km from the residence. All apartments are air conditioned and furnished in typical Sardinian style. Residence guests have free use of the swimming pool at the Hotel Maria Rosaria (about 200 meters away).

The apartments are arranged on two floors (ground and first floor) and have an independent entrance with a covered and equipped veranda.
