For this reason all the agricultural productions - olives and cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil, citrus fruits, fruits, vegetables, aromatic and medicinal plants, are cultivated in an absolutely biological way and the energy necessary for the structure is produced by photovoltaic panels.
Casa Balata has 5 double rooms, with double bed and private bathroom; they're different from each other, but all equally comfortable. Then, there's a dépendance and a guesthouse with double bed and possibility of extra bed.
The common areas include two large open spaces, equipped with large bookcases available to guests, fireplace and dining room with social table on the ground floor, and a large panoramic terrace with telescope on the first floor.
The restaurant, for the exclusive use of guests, offers typical dishes, with local products and fresh Mediterranean fish.
