The King Superior is our most prestigious accommodation among the rooms located on the first floor. It contains the comfort of a king size bed to guarantee your rest in maximum comfort for the entire duration of your holiday and a niche with a large double waterfall shower for an intimate escape.

The mirror divides the bedroom from the double shower, creating a dynamic and innovative environment that will give you an unforgettable experience.

Fresh environment, embellished with marble and Sardinian carpets from Samugheo, complete with all services such as wi-fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, minibar, shower separate from the bathroom and small balcony overlooking the courtyard.

Queen Deluxe is our most essential solution, but complete with all the main services such as wi-fi, air conditioning, safe, satellite TV, minibar and wardrobe.

Cozy and functional bedroom, it has a double bed with a shower separated from the open bathroom in the room, which makes the environment more sophisticated.

The Junior Suite on the ground floor is a nest of comfort and well-being with its private patio and hydromassage tub.

A fresh environment, embellished with parquet flooring, handcrafted fabrics and furnishings in light colours.

The waterfall shower and the hydromassage tub are separated from the bathroom, admirable from the bedroom and spaced by two steps from the 'king size' double bed in the middle of the room (without the possibility of separating it into two single beds).

It has an elegant and private environment at the back of the building, enjoying a corner of the garden, equipped with deckchairs, shower, table and armchairs, where you can spend the evenings with an aperitif in hand.

Executive Suite can accommodate up to two people. It is equipped with a handcrafted 'king size' double bed (without the possibility of separating it into two single beds) and a private patio.

Equipped with the most modern comforts, for example the exposed shower which separates and makes the rooms fresh and intimate.

The room is embellished with an excellently crafted parquet floor, combined with soft colors and white marble with dark veins on the walls.

It has a private area on the eastern side of the building, an outdoor area equipped with deckchairs, shower, table and armchairs, suitable for those who want to take a breath of fresh air by going directly into the garden.

Executive Suite with large private patio is equipped with a queen size double bed (without the possibility of separating it into two single beds).

The lighting and the exposed shower in the room contribute to making the atmosphere relaxing and intimate. Marble and custom-made furniture make the environment modern and elegant.

The Suite has a private and furnished area that overlooks Via dei Villini, the road has little traffic and is an invitation to relax in the open air when returning from the beach.

The external patio is equipped with sail awnings that create a point of shade, furnished with a sofa, armchairs, table, deckchairs and an external shower to enjoy the sun even without moving from the structure.

Arveskida Suite has 2 double suites each with an attached private bathroom, a living area and a fully equipped kitchen top. The apartment is characterized by a combination of natural materials, light colors and industrial contrasts. The long terrace that runs alongside all the rooms will surprise you with the brightness it gives to the house, allowing you to spend pleasant stays outdoors with a view towards the sea.
