Description
Small and unknown: this is Basilicata, region in South Italy. However, in such a small area you can find the essence of an authentic journey: from the sandy beaches of Policoro and Metaponto, to the rocky coast of Maratea and its famous Christ; to Matera, the most famous village of the region, where the first human in Italy appeared and left their signs in the caves which later became houses for the poor people of Matera; to Castelmezzano and Pietrapertosa where we advise to try the Volo dell'Angelo and take one of the lovely paths of Dolomiti Lucane. So a lot to do, also for nature and food lovers!
