Villa Rondanella - Fermo

Villa Rondanella, surrounded by the hills of the Marche, is located at just 2 kilometers from the Adriatic Sea and only 5 kilometers from the historical city of Fermo. Originally, the villa was a typical Italian cottage, which has been renovated and enriched with a winter garden: a beautifully decorated windowed portico.
From the Aurora room, provided with its own bathroom, you can enjoy the view of the pool, the garden and the beautiful sunrise. Thanks to its position, even in the hottest days, you can relax, enjoying the breeze.
The villa is completely fenced by a big garden with stone steps, olive trees, roses, lavender and succulent plants. The harmonious landscape which surrounds the outdoor swimming pool creates a peaceful and serene atmosphere.

Breakfast is served under a wisteria pergola or in the conservatory, it consists of delicacies all homemade with fresh ingredients and quality and it is a moment of intimate and exclusive relaxation to be enjoyed in full harmony with nature.

Thanks to the strategic position of the house, the guests can enjoy the neighbourhoods, go on trips and discover the artistic and archaeological treasures of the surrounding villages: artwork, shells, fossils, historical and cultural sites such as Fermo Cathedral. While the view of the Adriatic Sea stands out in the East, the fascinating shape of Sibillini Mountains and their charming legends loom over the Western horizon.
