North Sicily

sandy beaches and relaxing

Capo d'Orlando, Patti-Tindari, Montalbano Elicona
All these villages are an ideal destination for sea lovers. The northern coast of Sicily is characterized by long sandy beaches.

Tindari
The eastern side of the promontory where Tindari is located is characterized by an impressive 250-meter-high cliff that overlooks a wide beach with three lakes formed by sandbanks. The charming Black Madonna is worth a visit.

Montalbano Elicona
This is one of the oldest and most charming villages on the Nebrodi mountain range, rich of history, art, and tradition. It sits 907 meters above the sea level, atop two adjacent hills around which the river makes a wide curve. Today, it is a distinguished holiday destination with valuable historical art treasures, where agriculture and craftsmanship have not been neglected.

Capo d’Orlando
Capo d’Orlando traces its origins back to ancient civilizations. According to the tradition, Charlemagne titled this place when he stopped in the area on his way to the Holy Land. Enchanted by the beauty of the wild nature, he wanted to name the place paying homage to the brave knight Roland (Orlando). Today, Capo d'Orlando is a promising sea and beach destination.
