A relaxing spot
Montanejos is a small village in the mountains and it is famous for its numerous hot springs. It is a great place to go for picnics, to release stress and to practice sports. The temperature of the water is approximately 25 degrees and it is clear and clean. You can enjoy swimming amongst the fish. The mountainous landscape is ideal for firm walk or a bike tour. For the adventurous types amongst us you can go rafting, mountain climbing and kayaking. The most famous hot water springs are ‘Fuente de Los Baños’, located beautifully between the ravines. This location is open all year round but take into account that it gets busy during the summertime.
