Northern Portugal

The north of Portugal will enchant its visitors with its lush valleys, vineyards, beautiful villages and the city of Porto, a World Heritage Site.

Thanks to heavy autumn rains, the nature of this region is very rich. Among hills, woods and valleys there are cosmopolitan cities and villages where time seems to stand still. All this and much more awaits you if you decide to visit this region by choosing one of our wonderful Fly & Drive designed with passion and love. A set of distinct landscapes whose contrasts enchant tourists who go here to admire the views, but also to enjoy good food and drink excellent wine.

The North region can be crossed in just over an hour and a half, although of course it deserves an in-depth visit, starting from its capital Porto, known for its architectural heritage, for its historic center included in the list of World Heritage Sites UNESCO, for its amazing landscape and for the production of the homonymous wine famous all over the world. Not to mention the magical valley of the Duoro river, which crosses the entire north region, an area of vineyards with breathtaking nature suitable for lovers of good wine but also of good food. My tip for this place in particular is: take the historical steam train, go up the Douro and appreciate the beauty of the vineyards, learning about the production of the famous Port wine.
