The square in Fažana is a small gem overlooking the sea, the rest of the center is really tiny and you usually go there for two reasons: to go sunbathing on the white pebble beach or take a ferry to the Brijuni Islands.
Originally Fažana was born as a fishing village and today fishing is still is one of the most practiced activities. The road to get there is dotted with olive groves and vineyards as far as the eye can see.
