the pearl of Amalfi coast

Praiano offers a magnificent view of the entire Amalfi coast, with Positano and Capri at the beginning, and the Gulf of Salerno on the other side. The sun's position here is higher than in other villages, and sunset typically occurs around 7 p.m. in the evening.

This town has two distinctive features: weighing scales and shrinaltars. The weighing scales are present almost everywhere. The other well-known characteristic of this town is the shrine altars, built by families who had access to them due to their land ownership.

The Church of St. Luke, the town center, and the Torre a Mare, which offers a beautiful panoramic view, are highly recommended.
