Description
The houses Oleandro 1 & Oleandro 2 are located on the last street of the medieval village of Ripabottoni. This makes the shops for basic necessities within walking distance and there is the freedom of a garden of 6000 m2. In the garden there are ancient olive trees, nut trees, apples, cherries, etc. There is also a swimming pool (6x9m) with a large terrace with sun beds and a corner lounge under the veranda and panoramic views over the hills of Molise. This view can also be admired from the terrace at the house. On this terrace is a large walnut tree under which you can sit in the shade in the summer.
Oleandro 1 consists of two floors with downstairs an open kitchen with dishwasher and a cozy sitting area. There is also a large dining table, and the house is fully equipped. Washing machine is present as well as a separate toilet. On the first floor there is a double bedroom, a bathroom and a sleeping area with (good!) Sofa bed
Oleandro 2 has a separate double bedroom with air-conditioning and a beautiful view over the hills. The studio has a kitchenette with dining area and lounge area and a separate bathroom.

Casa Oleandro is all year to rent; There is both heating and air conditioning.
Pets are not welcome because of possible allergies of other guests.
There is free wifi, so even in the rooms, on the terrace and pool.
Oleandro 1 and Oleandro 2 can be rented also together if you need more space.
The owner also has a 'Tourist Information' which provides information on all activities in the area. Also, excursions are organized like wine and oil tasting, walking, cooking classes, cultural excursions, etc.
In the village there are two bars of which one trattoria where you can also eat. There is a little supermarket, a pharmacy, a butcher and a tabbaccheria.
Every morning the greengrocer come at the square with fresh fruits and vegetables and on Thursday there is also the fishmonger.
Ripabottoni is located about a half hour drive from the sea and in the winter an hour away from the ski area. The village is centrally located for exploring the Molise region. There are many small medieval towns, each with its own peculiarities. The landscape is varied with many views. From the clean, sandy beaches, the inland becomes more hilly and then mountainous in the foothills of the Apennines. Molise is sparsely populated and still unknown but a pure and authentic slice of Italy.
