In the quiet rural part of Salento, you will find one of the most beautiful Agriturismo’s Naturalis Bio Resort. Completely authentic and historic, offering pure privacy and relaxation. Such a splendid discovery while I was visiting the countryside of Puglia. Right away, the scenery made me feel like I was visiting an enchanted place: it was almost sunset, capturing a romantic moment over the estate with the sparkling surface of the swimming pool. The landscape is truly exceptional, capturing the essence of "furnieddhi", a unique trulli structure typical for the area of Salento.

As there is no time to waste, one of my first choices was to spend a moment in the elegant lounge bar, surrounded by lovely garden ambient and peaceful nature. I wanted to have a nice Aperitivo before dinner and take a quick walk around the estate. You will notice vineyards, olive tree plantations and citrus groves surrounding the estate, and depicting the remarkable heritage of Agriturismo. All suites are charmingly furnished with a touch of antiquity, and there is also an SPA facility if you are looking for some extra comfort. At Naturalis Bio Resort the luxury is everywhere!

The cuisine at Naturalis Bio Resort feels more as an emotional experience than gourmet, just as I was told with pride by my hosts. Indeed, proud they should be, because the food is just as important as the breathing itself at this Agriturismo. They really want to bring out the flavours to emphasize your senses. For me the best cuisine is always the simple one, such as the Mediterranean, and Naturalis Bio Resort uses products from their own garden and local producers, carefully selected. An experience you will not forget!
