Description
The fortified agriturismo dating back to the 17th century that shines after a careful restoration done with particular care and attention to details. A historic home that is as beautiful as it is, clearly recounts Puglia, its generosity and its kindness. And it is here, in those glimpses of the sky that can be seen from turrets stretched upwards, that the view initially settles. Between the pure white of lime and that of stone, you can breathe the air of this land, perfumed by laurel, olive and cherry trees, which evoke pleasant childhood memories.
There is a white that dazzles and fills the gaze with light, the beauty of an olive grove that tells the story of Puglia and there is a home that fits beautifully into this natural context. With the elegance that distinguishes it, Masseria Le Torri presents itself with its unique style, capable of welcoming travelers with that sense of hospitality typical of this South. From an accurate and careful restoration project, an enchanting structure has emerged, which recognizes the spirit of the owner Mimmo Pugliese and his desire to return to the origins, bringing it back to what was once the farm where he lived as a boy. So after an intervention that allowed the Masseria to regain its ancient eighteenth-century splendor, now the doors are open for everyone to appreciate it, enjoying the comfort and serenity that it can give in a setting of stones, lime and extreme purity of forms.
Transparent and light fabrics, special chandeliers, delicate sheets give the double rooms the ethereal beauty of an environment suitable for rest and relaxation. A combination of natural wood and stone, between white and cream color, gives the environment a touch of further refinement. Each suite is unique from the selection of some objects that give it character.
An outdoor swimming pool will surprise you, and then the rays of a sun that doesn't want to set, will be caught on deckchairs or sun beds, while you will be tempted by the delicacies of a bar where you can enjoy fresh drinks and light lunches. Even in the morning, at breakfast, the awakening will be marked by history and nature. In the space where today tarts and croissants are savored, the almonds were once spread out to dry. Apulian traditions, typical ways of a farmer's culture that still live within the walls of this farm which also cares to let its guests experience the authenticity and simplicity of a typical local cuisine.
