Villa Mare e Monti is an elegant property located in the countryside of Castellammare del Golfo, about 3 km far away from the center. The villa is surrounded by a lush garden with olive trees and typical Mediterranean plants.The newly built property, was realized using local and traditional Sicilian materials, such as wood that make the rooms warm and cozy. It extends over one floor, overlooking the valley and Castellammare, while the gaze enraptured by such great beauty is lost on the dominant blue sea horizon. This used to be owned by a family. It is composed of two units, almost identical, that create a unique building and it can accommodate up to ten guests.There are two modern and bright living areas and two fully equipped kitchens.The sleeping areas has two double bedrooms, two twin rooms and two bathrooms with shower. Sofa beds in the living area can accommodate four additional guests. The villa has a wide veranda with a comfortable garden which offer visitors the opportunity to enjoy moments of pure relax overlooking the pool. From here you can enjoy a stunning view over the countryside and the sea.
