Villa Holiday House is located in the famous seaside resort of Fontane Bianche, about 18 kilometres away in the south of Syracuse, in a very quiet area, closed to vehicle traffic.
It overlooks the sea and the rocky sea cliff of Fontane Bianche. The rocks are low and flat, and the sea is always calm so everybody can bathe, both adults and children. Of course, adult supervision is recommended.

Villa Holiday House consists of three beautiful independent apartments, Rosa, Primula and Mimosa. In total, they can accommodate up to 12 people.
A large well-maintained garden, furnished with tables and chairs, surrounds the villa; there are also three external showers. A little gate leads to the sea cliff equipped with tables, chairs, hammocks and deckchairs. Moreover, there are also three external showers.
An external spiral staircase leads on the roof where you can find a large shared terrace equipped with a small cooking area (4 burners), sinks, fridge and barbecue. It is equipped with tables, chairs and coffee tables, deckchairs and beach umbrellas. It also has a breath-taking view of the sea.
