Canne Bianche, A Luxurious Gem in Brindisi

The vision behind Canne Bianche started almost fifteen years ago with the impeccable taste by my host Antonio. If you asked me what was the highlight of my trip to Puglia, Canne Bianche would be on top of that list. There aren’t many “lifestyle” hotels capturing such a unique style that luxuriously pampers your senses, and yet making you feel like home. Everything feels like a perfect blend of beauty and harmony.

Since I arrived late in the afternoon I decided to have an Aperitivo before dinner at the lounge bar. The garden is just magnificent, and if you take a walk across the estate, you will realize that you are just a few steps away from the sea, and one of the most beautiful sunsets.

Designed To Spoil Your Mind & Body

Everything at Canne Bianche has a purpose to balance or wellness your well-being. Besides the gym and the fitness area, there is also a SPA facility with an amazing interior where you can relax with holistic rituals and special massages. Yoga classes are also an option, held in the garden. Since my favourite body and mind medicine is still food, I was eager to try one of the specialities prepared by Chef Francesco. The menu is based on a traditional Puglian cuisine, and just how much food is important here, is the fact that they even have two restaurants! All products are local, or from their own garden, fresh and amazing.

Great Location To Discover Brindisi & Puglia

The swimming pool area at Canne Bianche is a beautiful sight on its own, but if you are more of a beach person, the sea is not too far. If you are looking for a hidden place in Puglia, such as Brindisi where you can have a mix of cultural significance and a beach escape, Canne Bianche seems like an excellent holiday choice. Can’t wait to visit it again!
