La Timpa is a beautiful villa with private pool situated in S. Tecla, a small fishing village on the Ionian coast of Sicily, just a few kilometres away from Acireale.
The VIlla, set in the "Timpa" nature reserve, is part of a villa complex with private access to the rocks and sea. Blending perfectly with the
surrounding environment, characterized by lush Mediterranean scrub, the villa offers spacious outdoor areas affording splendid sea views, such as the
pool, set in a panoramic position above the house, and the large terrace on the first floor of the villa, which also features an outdoor kitchen and a porch
equipped for al fresco dining. Inside the villa, on the first floor are a bright, cosy living room that opens out onto the terrace, two double bedrooms and a
bathroom. The lower floor includes a small living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, two bedrooms (one of which is accessed from outside) and two
bathrooms. Only a short drive from the villa are the Mount Etna and the well-known resorts of Taormina, Catania and Syracuse. The closest sandy beach is in Riposto, about 15 minutes drive away.
