Deluxe double rooms are spacious rooms (27m2) on 2 levels suitable for up to 2 people. They are located on the 1st and 2nd floor with street view, for most urban experience of the Old City of Dubrovnik. Deluxe double rooms contain 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a small living room on the upper level.

On the 3rd floor of our house in Palmotićeva Street we offer two 34 m2 studio apartments suitable for 2 people, both consisting of a bedroom with kitchen and living area, a bathroom and the most amazing view of specific orange color rooftops.

We must mention that due to the fact that the Old City is on UNESCO World Heritage List, every construction work in the Old City is a subject to strict control, rules and guidelines. The aim is to preserve the look of the Old City’s buildings and streets, and its general appearance as much as possible, savoring its history and marvelous architecture. Therefore, there are no lifts in our buildings.

Our deluxe suites of 56 m2 are our most spacious suites in the Old City suitable for 4 people. They consist of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room. Especially attractive is their view of the main promenade Stradun – all of Dubrovnik’s streets flow into it and all its house front faces it. There’s some charm in leaning on the window and just watching the people go by.

Deluxe suites are situated on the 1st and 2nd floor, furnished with wooden floors throughout the apartment, except for the tiled floors in kitchen area and bathroom.
