The Farmhouse
Winery and Farmhouse is a boutique hotel located in the Douro region, devoted to wine tourism and a farm to table experience. The building was born from a centenary Family farmhouse that dates from 1912 and was completely restored while keeping the family spirit alive through details and decoration. With a total of 7 rooms of which 5 with river views and 2 have partial vineyards view. We have an organic garden that respects seasons and an infinity pool over the Douro River where you can enjoy relaxed moments in the oldest wine-producing region in the world.
Bar
Have a drink in our bar, which is located inside the restaurant, where you can taste some of our house wines. Feel free to take your drink outside to the terrace, where you can admire the view of the Douro, to the pool deck or to the fire pit to enjoy the last rays of sunlight.
Organic garden
We invite our guests to visit our organic vegetable and herb garden and take part in the activities of sustainable agriculture. We cultivate crops according to season and offer our guests the freshest produce in our farm to table restaurant. Apart from our garden, there are numerous fruit and nut trees around the property.
Infinity pool
There’s no better place to relax and admire the view than our infinity pool. Overlooking the Douro river you can take a refreshing dip and enjoy a light lunch and cool rosé while feeling totally in sync with nature and your surroundings. Enclosed by apple, pear, peach trees and perfumed thyme and lavender.

Just a few steps from the Farmhouse you will find our winery where all of our wines are produced. Feel free to walk inside and take peak, maybe you are lucky enough to find our winemaker Pedro who is so passionate about what he does, that he might show you around!
Family roomRelax in our common room where you can read a book or enjoy a glass of wine while reading the news. You can also play some pool and if you feel like a board game, we have several of those together with playing cards, chess, and dominoes. This is the perfect place to rest when the weather is a bit warmer or cuddle and watch TV if it happens to be raining.
