Description
The Punta Falcone Resort has a sinuously molded into the landscape, distributed along the hillside, it softly descends in a series of natural terraces towards the sea. The complex has a clubhouse with swimming pool and is composed of nine independent buildings each named after one of the islands of the La Maddalena archipelago – Lavezzi, Cavallo, Municca, Gabbiani, Pintadera, Spargi, Spargiotto, Santa Maria, Razzoli. Each Building in turn is subdivided into five or six living units each with an enchanted view of the sea.. The apartments, each located on the ground floor with independent entrance and garden, have been build following the local Gallurese tradition: Exterior detailing in yellow, San Giacomo granite, gabled roof with antiqued, terra cotta tiles and interior exposed beams, a large veranda supported by columns in Sardinian granite.
Every apartment enjoys a breathtaking view of the Bonifacio Straits and the surrounding islands. The beach of Porto Quadro is 300 meters from the Residence with access by a path through the local vegetation of Holm oaks, junipers and Mediterranean Maquis. The units have been carefully designed into one or two bedroom apartments on the ground floor with private entrance and garden, with access to the beach dedicated to the guests of the Resort.
