When making a reservation with Quinta D’Anta – Rural Hotel by this means, you accept and agree to the terms and conditions set out in the following points and with any additional terms and conditions, including Cancellation and Privacy Policies, that may apply to your visit or to your stay due to the use of the accommodation, services provided and/or products offered (available in the accommodation, online platforms or provided at your request).

Check-in: between 15:00 and 24:00

Check-out: until 12:00

Children and extra beds:

- Children of all ages are admitted;

- Children under 2 years: will be accommodated per baby cot with no extra cost;

- Children older than 2 years or adults: will be accommodated with additional fee; breakfast has a cost of € 7,50 per night and per person;

- Baby cot or extra bed: on request and subject to availability;

- Maximum capacity of baby cots per bedroom: 1.

Smoking Policy: all rooms and public indoor spaces are non-smoking.

Taxes and service charges:

• 6% VAT is included;

• City tax: not applicable;

• Service charge: not applicable.

Cancellation and no-show policies:

a) cancellations with more than 60 days of occurrence relative to the date of check-in: no fee will be charged;
