Villa Poggio al Vento is a stone farmhouse located in the Ricrio estate, situated in the hills 15 km from the beach and in the district of Casale Marittimo. The house has a beautiful dominant position, but retains a cosy feel, and has a private 4- sided infinity pool that measures 10 x 4 m, depth 145 cm. The pool can be heated on request.

The villa has a private garden and a functional BBQ with a pizza oven.The house consists of a ground floor and a first floor, the ground floor is completely finished in stone.On the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace, sofas and tv, a raised area with kitchen and dining area which has direct access to the garden and porch, large wrought iron and stone table, sunbathing area around the pool with sun loungers, chairs and umbrellas.

The house has 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. On the ground floor, there is a double room, with direct access from the garden. The other 3 bedrooms are on the first floor, two doubles and one with 4 single beds, in total 10 beds. All rooms have mosquito nets, and there is a high-speed wifi connection on the ground floor.
