The Villa makes an excellent home base for exploring the endless hidden gems of this unique region of Italy. Due to its favourable position, it is also a good starting point for interesting excursions to Perugia, Assisi, Spoleto, Todi, Gubbio...
All the apartments (4 in total, 17 people can be hosted), are fully equipped with Television lcd, air conditioner, bath with shower, kitchen fully equipped and Free access to the Internet Wifi. And also with an own Balcony outside with table and chairs, respecting the privacy and own space of the guests.
In the garden every apartment has an own gazebo where you can relax with a glass of wine from the agriturismo's production.
Outside there is a huge garden (2500 square metres) where children can have their space, with a swimming pool where you can relax.
Sun Decks of quality are provided to make the most of the sun and their Holidays.
Inside there are common spaces like a bright living room and an old barn of 150 square meters each.
You can read a book within the stones and archs. In the old barn there is also a little museum (museo dell’antica civiltà Contadina), where the owners conserve the typical agricultural implements that were used at the end of the nineteenth century to cultivate.
