Sea view is an apartment of 60 square meters in Atrani, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy and is accessible by a stair of 90 steps.
The main feature of the house are the colored and hand painted floors and walls and the large terrace of 140 square meters embraced by a series of old houses with flowered balconies, positioned between terraces and lemon gardens that dominate the Church of Santa Maria del Bando perched on a rocky crust reachable only by a long staircase.

The house is structured on two floors.
The main plan consists of:
A cozy living / dining room with a sofa bed, table, chairs and TV.
A bedroom with double bed embellished with antique furniture and enriched with a wrought iron bed.
A mezzanine with two beds and if necessary also three beds with the presence of parquet that makes the environment warm and collected.
A Vietri style bathroom with a shower.
From the living room, passing by a spiral staircase, you reach the upper part of the house where we find the kitchen.
From here you can directly access the terrace equipped with umbrellas, deck chairs, tables, chairs, outdoor shower and barbecue.
The floor is in terracotta on which are placed masonry benches, decorated with local ceramics.
The house is not recommended for children under 10 years due to the presence of a spiral staircase that leads to the kitchen and terrace and a steep but short staircase to reach the mezzanine.
