He is said to be a descendant of an old noble family of Amalfi, while the young woman is known only by name, Mary , and some stories remember her as the beautiful daughter of a local farmer. The two lovers met in a secret place, 15 coins to spend time together and consummate their love on a small stretch of land on a hill, from which you could admire the splendour magic of the entire Amalfi Coast.
