Leda d’Ittri is an old farmhouse surrounded by an estate of 18 hectares, only 3 km from the sea and 5 km from Fertilia.
Leda d’Ittri has 9 rooms, 6 in the old farmhouse and 3 in a new structure built in 2019 overlooking the garden and swimming pool.
The rooms are large, all over 22 square meters and equipped with every comfort. 4 rooms on the first floor, accessed via an external staircase (there is no lift) of the main building: 2 classic rooms without balcony and one superior and a junior suite with balcony and panoramic view of the vineyards.
On the ground floor of the farmhouse there are 2 suites, the small, perfect for 3 people (without private veranda), and the large that can comfortably accommodate 4 people.
The new structure has 3 comfort rooms, all with private entrance and veranda overlooking the garden and the swimming pool.
Annamaria, oil taster and sommelier, will be happy to take guests between the rows and the countryside around the estate. Around the hotel there are several areas with sofas and chairs for the guests.
