San Vito lo Capo

Caribbean sea in Sicily!

San Vito Lo Capo

San Vito Lo Capo is an ancient fishing village where is still visible a strong Arab influence .
It is a popular seaside destination, especially due to the fantastic coastline along a beautiful bay with beaches and crystal-clear water, ranging in colors from light green to deep blue.
Il villaggio consists of white houses built around the 18th-century church. The centerpiece of the village is the church overlooking a square, and its massive structure recalls the Saracen fortress that originally stood there. In this place, light, scents, and flavors come together with a landscape of Mediterranean colors: low white houses adorned with bougainvillea and a white beach by the turquoise sea, the guardian of ancient treasures, in an embrace stretching for a kilometer along the Mediterranean.
Color and beauty, amidst almond and olive trees of Castelluzzo, sunsets, water springs, caves, and towers, but also the scent of abundance and generosity, especially at the table.
