100% of the energy used comes from renewable sources. The heating, as the hot water of santari is provided by solar panels, fireplace and a condensing boiler. The rainwater is used for irrigation of the agricultural part. The breakfast and all the dishes of our restaurant are made with farm produce bio or organic farms in the area.
The garden, the property and each room create environments through objects, colours and communicative artefacts exhibited in rotation by artists from around the world.
